Blanc Noir 2025 – 750ml x 6 pack

$99.00 GST

Blanc de Noir continues to grow as a global trend, with winemakers experimenting with red varieties to create bright, textural white wines. For our 2025 release, we handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon around four weeks earlier than we would for red wine production. Harvesting at this earlier stage captures a unique flavour phase in the fruit—fresh, vibrant and beautifully suited to a white expression of Cabernet.

Nose:
White peach flesh is the first impression, supported by soft marzipan and gentle floral notes. The aromatics are pure and inviting, with a delicate sweetness that sets the tone for what follows.

Palate:
Juicy, generous and lightly textural. Green melon and honeydew give the palate freshness, while hints of watermelon and just-ripe strawberry echo the wine’s red-grape origins. The mid-palate is supple and soft, offering a rounded mouthfeel balanced by clean acidity.

Finish:
Fresh and lifted, with lingering stone-fruit and melon notes. A graceful, easy-drinking Blanc Noir that highlights the playful, elegant side of early-picked Cabernet.
