Description
Currently a global trend, more experimental winemakers are using Red grapes to make White wine. As we know red wines get their colour from the skins, but if the skins are removed an alternative to Rose’ can be produced. In our Blanc Noir we use Cabernet.
White peach flesh nose, some marzipan. Generous fleshy fruit palate, green melon, watermelon & strawberry. Soft mid palate
