The Old Inn Road vineyard is situated about 5 kilometres west of the town of Bulahdelah on the Mid North Coast of NSW. The fresh spring rain, long sunny days and mild dry winters are well suited to particular grape varieties. Verdelho, Chambourcin and Dolcetto grapes were planted in 2008 and vineyard infrastructure was progressively upgraded until the first commercial vintage in 2012. The vineyard area is fully netted to maximise berry quality and protect the fruit from bird predations.

Qui vit content tient assez
(The Bradshaw French motto, “qui vit content tient assez”, means “he who lives contentedly has enough”.)

Owners Dale Bradshaw and Sooze Bosire established the vineyard on their property as their ‘retirement plan’ and their love of wine. While living in Sydney they spent Monday nights 2 years driving to Kurri TAFE to study viticulture and 1st year winemaking in order to be well grounded in this endeavour.

Dale’s two daughters, Sarah & Bri along with Bri’s boyfriend Josh Beach also work vintage and help at farmer’s markets.
